摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-exciting inverter device and a discharge lamp lighting system, capable of holding high frequency voltage constant. SOLUTION: An inductor LGR and a capacitor CGR constitute an LC resonance circuit (LGR, CGR), and a buffer amplifier 2, diodes DI, D2, and a capacitor C5 constitute a buffer circuit (2, D1, D2, C5). The resonance frequency of the LC resonance circuit (LGR, CGR) is transmitted to transistors Q1, Q2 through the buffer circuit (2,D1, D2, C5). Voltage higher than the power source voltage of the buffer circuit (2, D1, D2, C5) generated in the LC resonance circuit (LGR, CGR) is clamped by the power source voltage of the buffer circuit (2, D1, D2, C5) with a capacitor C5.
