PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solution production apparatus which produces a stable processing solution without degrading the working environment by closing a feeding cap to drop and feed a solid processing agent from the opening of a package into a feeding port and closing the feeding cap until the prescribed time elapses after the feeding to hold the package within a feeding section. SOLUTION: The bottom of the development package P1 is provided with one hole P1a and this hole P1a is engaged with a holding section 71b and is set at the feeding cap 71. The development package P1 is unsealed in the set state and when the feeding cap 71 is closed thereafter, the solid processing agent is dropped and fed into the feeding port 70 from the opening P1b of the development package P1. The feeding cap 71 is closed until the next feeding after the feeding to hold the development package P1 within the development feeding section 5. As a result, the soaring up of the powder remaining in the package P1 and the splashing thereof to the outside of the apparatus do not occur and even more, the powder remaining in the package P1 absorbs the vapor from a dissolution tank and turns to a past state, thereby preventing the soaring up.
