<p>A method and a device for determining, without using an actual calibrating radiation source, radioactivity, radioactive concentration and radioactivity surface concentration, the method comprising a virtual modeling step (21) which arranges a virtual 3-D model of an object to be measured and a radiation detector in a virtual 3-D space in the same positional relation as an actual geometrical positional relation, a conversion factor setting step which determines a conversion factor by correlating an emission frequency of a virtual radiation from the virtual 3-D model of the object to be measured with an incidence frequency of a virtual radiation onto the virtual 3-D model of the radiation detector and which includes a virtual counting calculation step (22) and a conversion factor calculation step (23), an actual counting rate calculation step (24) which determines a counting rate by actually counting radiation incidences onto the radiation detector from the object to be measured, and a radioactivity calculation step (25) which determines a radioactivity of the object to be measured from the counting rate and the conversion factor.</p> |
