PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage medium that stores a multi-point connection conference system configuration program, which can suppress deterioration in sound quality in a fully duplex multi-point conference system built up by only software. SOLUTION: A mean value of sound power is compared with a threshold of sound power, when the mean value of the sound power is smaller than the threshold of the sound power, coded voice data in the unit of packets by which the mean value of the sound power is obtained are all aborted. When the mean value of the sound power is larger than the threshold of the sound power, the coded voice data in the unit of packets by which the mean value of the sound power is obtained are assembled into packets so as to reduce voice data distributed to a client, a measured throughput is compared with a threshold of the throughput, and when the measured throughput is the threshold of the throughput or below, the voice data are not reduced. When the measured throughput is the threshold of the throughput or over, the voice data are reduced.
