摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase number of base stations that can simultaneously be raised by allowing a base station to indirectly take synchronization via other base station using other detected frequency when a frequency unable to be detected by the base station is used at the surrounding of the base station when the base station is raised to take synchronization of a plurality of base stations over a wide range. SOLUTION: A channel detection section 11 of a channel setting section 10 of a base station 1 detects signals of base stations around the base station 1 over entire frequencies and selecting a detected frequency used by a minimum number of the surrounding base stations by referring to the state of use of frames. The channel detection section 11 users a frequency not used by the surrounding base stations if any, and a timing setting section 13 allocates frames at an optional timing. A maximum reception power selection section 12 takes synchronization with a base station whose received power is maximum among the detected base stations to minimize timing deviation due to a propagation delay. When there is no frequency not used by base stations, the section 11 selects the frequency in the increasing order of the number of decting the base stations and decides a timing when allocation of channels is possible.
