PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress effect due to variations in resistance value and to reduce the error of an output voltage without using any high-precision resistance by constituting an amplifying circuit, using an operational amplifier, by using normal-precision resistances for the circuit. SOLUTION: The amplifying circuit using the operational amplifier is constituted by using resistances with normal precision. In this case, the resistances are connected in parallel or/and in series, or in parallel. For example, resistances 9 to 12 are added in series to resistances 3 to 6 of this operational amplifier circuit and thus more than one resistance as a factor of the error of Vo is used to suppress effect due to variations in resistance value.
