PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money system and a receiving device for payment for which a card substituted for cash is used in a further easier way. SOLUTION: This electronic money system can be used in spite of time zones when profit rations are different by calculating electronic money use service charge on the basis of timing information when amount data for consumed amounts is withdrawn from an information card, and accordingly, a user having the information card can manage payment only with the information card and can use the information card substituted for cash in a further effective way. |
