摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow target articles to be sold by articles, to determine an article to be proposed according to the feature of the use state of a customer, and to improve sale efficiency by matching customer properties with service use characteristics of the customer. SOLUTION: A person in charge of business extracts his or her customers from sale schedule information 100 and the extracts customers to which the person in charge took no activity such as a visit for a certain period. Information stored in a mass-storage device 120 is used to analyze interested customer layers by articles and the analysis results are reflected on service characteristic information 90. Sale object customers by the articles are extracted by matching article characteristics 1 with customer property information of customer information 110 by using the information 90. Further, characteristics are derived by analyzing information regarding the service use of the customers up to now. The derived characteristics of the sale object customers are matched with article characteristics 2 to verify whether or not proposed service attracts the customers according to the actual service use state.
