SOLUTION: When a specific color phosphor ink 8 is put into a server 15, and a pressure is applied to the server 15 and a nozzle 6 by a pressuring device 16, the phosphor ink 8 is injected as a continuous flow from injection holes 7 of the nozzle 6, and the phosphor ink 8 is applied to the inside of a discharge cell 5.
