PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain bus connection of an ISDN terminal by a communication plug socket arranged for an LAN terminal with respect to a communication plug socket formed on the wall face of a room or the like. SOLUTION: This communication plug socket is provided with a larger number of connection terminals than the number of terminals required by an ISDN terminal and the number of terminals required by an LAN terminal, and the terminals to be used by either bus connected terminals or star connected terminals are short-circuited. A cable 18, installed between the setting place of an information distribution panel and each communication plug socket 21, is provided with a number of core wires which is two times as large as the number of wires required by the LAN terminal and the ISDN terminal, and the core wires of each cable are divided into two groups, and the corresponding core wires of each group are connected with substantially the same terminals of the communication plug socket 21. The information distribution panel is provided with a connecting unit so that the cables can be replaced.
