PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device by which a user can select and view a video desired to be viewed on a display screen and participants in a video conference can view a normal video without using a special equipment. SOLUTION: This video display device is provided with plural video projection devices and the display screen on which the videos projected from the projection devices are displayed. Then, projectors 1 are arranged so that the videos are not superposed on the display screens 2. The video is projected toward the screen from one part of the projectors as it is. Then, a polarizing device 3 for polarizing the video projected by one part of the projectors and a polarizing device 3 for polarizing the video projected from one part of the projectors being the rest so that it is orthogonal crossed to the plane of polarization polarized by the polarizing device 3 are fitted. Thus, the user can selectively view the video desired to be viewed by viewing the videos projected on the display screen by the projectors through polarizing spectacles 4 having a polarizing element by adjusting the spectacles 4 to the video desired to be viewed.
