A human electrical acupuncture equipment which uses a microcomputer as a hardware platform and employs a near-infrared emitting device and may produce dynamic stimulus at depths on basic of theory for a dynamic depths stimulus advanced by the applicant is disclosed, characterized in that the hardware platform includes a voltage transformer (1), a switching controler (2), a switch (3) and a near-infrared emitting device (4) being able to produce the spectures including mainly an infrared ray and can realize an integration of normal acupuncture methods.
