Novel isolated polynucleotides that encode plant transcription factors are provided, together with DNA constructs comprising such polynucleotides. Methods for using such constructs in modulating the expression of endogenous and/or heterologous genes are also disclosed, together with transgenic plant s comprising such constructs.
