<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain toners which are excellent in a powder flow property, low-temperature fixability and offset resistance and do not require production stages for pulverizing, etc., by constituting the toners of the particles obtained by passing a phase consisting of a prepolymer through a microporous body to disperse the same into an aqueous medium and subjecting this prepolymer to an elongation reaction and/or crosslinking reaction in the aqueous medium. SOLUTION: The dry process toners consist of a toner binder consisting of a resin prepared, by subjecting the reactive group-containing prepolymer to the elongation reaction and/or crosslinking reaction and coloring agents. The dry process toners consist of the particles obtained by passing the phase consisting of the prepolymer through the microporous body to disperse the same into the aqueous medium and subjecting this prepolymer to the elongation reaction and/or crosslinking reaction in the aqueous medium. The materials used for the microporous body include, for example, the materials formed by molding porous glass of a CaO-B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3 system, etc., to a film form. The phase consisting of this prepolymer further contains an extender and/or crosslinking agent.</p> |
