摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain high accuracy of charging/discharging in the production of secondary battery or the like by converting a low voltage DC power discharged from a plurality of DC power supplies into a constant voltage DC power and further converting it into a constant voltage AC power. SOLUTION: Bi-directional DC/DC converters 31a,..., 31n are connected, on one end thereof, with lithium ion secondary batteries 30a,..., 30n and, on the other end side, with a bus line 32 of DC 24V. The bus line 32 is fed with power from an AC/DC power supply 33. The lithium ion secondary batteries 30a,..., 30n are charged by supplying power from the bus line 32 of DC 24V. When the lithium ion secondary batteries 30a,..., 30n are discharged, the bi- directional DC/DC converters 31a,..., 31n boost the voltage to recover power back to the bus line 32 and the voltage of DC 24V increases. On the other hand, when power energy is balanced on the bus line 32 of DC 24V, only excess power is recovered back to an AC power supply regenerative unit 35.
