PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for a fuel cell capable of preventing cell characteristics such as a cell voltage and the like from being lowered by an external factor, by suppressing movement of moisture on an electrode reaction layer by improving the electrode reaction layer, and to provide a unit cell and a fuel cell using it. SOLUTION: This cell for a fuel cell 14 severally has electrode reaction layers 30 on both sides of an electrolyte film 16, and also has a collector layer 40 having gas diffusivility on each electrode reaction layer. In this case, at least one of the electrode reaction layers 30 is equipped with a first electrode catalyst layer 32 disposed on the electrolyte film 16 side and comprising an electrode catalyst material and an electrolyte material, a second electrode catalyst layer 36 disposed on the collector layer 40 side and comprising the electrode catalyst material and the electrolyte material, and an electrode water-repellent layer 34 disposed between the first electrode catalyst layer 32 and the second electrode catalyst later 36 and comprising a water repellent material, an ion conducting material and an electron conducting material. |
