PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fetch mode in terms of human engineering by receiving first fetch key down input from a fetch key, fetching the first part of picture data, receiving first fetch key up input, evaluating moving data, measuring a moving distance and taking in the second part of picture data when the distance is not more than a prescribed distance. SOLUTION: A controller 112 receives fetch key up input and it is judged whether a fetch device 100 moves longer than a prescribed distance or moves by a distance which is not more than it through whole moving data that are fetched by a navigation sensor 108. When it is decided that the fetch device 100 moves much more, it becomes a press and holding fetch mode and the power of a picture pickup part 110 and the navigation sensor 108 is cut. When movement is less, it becomes a press on press off fetch mode and the picture pickup part 110 waits for the input of the fetch key down of picture data.
