<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adjusting accuracy of an adjusting device and to simplify an adjusting stage by providing a spring member and making the spring member load spring force on all the optical elements which can be adjusted at least in one adjusting direction. SOLUTION: An adjusting screw 36 is supported on the cover surface 24 of a base substance 18. By evenly operating all three screws 36, a distance from the cover surface 24 to an assembly plate 22r is regulated. By unevenly operating three screws 36, the inclination of a light valve 19r is adjusted. The plate 22r is adjusted in a direction (d) by an adjusting screw 37. The screw 37 acts against the spring force of a spring tab 28r and a spring lug 30. Since the screws 36 all always act against the spring force of a spring member 26 except an eccentric pin 33, the plate 22r is adjusted without play. Therefore, the accurate adjustment is realized.</p> |
