STABILIZED SUPPLY MECHANISM FOR COMMON BUS POWER SUPPLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the unstable operation time of a driver element for driving a common bus even when power of a package is turned on or off by providing wiring for supplying a low voltage from a power supply to the end part of common bus for respective packages. SOLUTION: Each package 1 is connected with the high voltage power supply line 7 of a backboard 2 and the high voltage power supply line 7 is connected with the inner power supply 8 of each package 1. The inner power supply 8 converts a high voltage into a voltage corresponding to the inherent functional block 4 of each package 1 and a driver element 6. Furthermore, each package 1 is provided with a power supply line 9 for receiving a low voltage from a common power supply 3 and the power supply line 9 is connected with one end of a terminal resistor 10 provided for each package 1. The other end of the terminal resistor 10 is connected with the terminal part of a common bus 5. According to the arrangement, unstable operation time of the driver element for driving the common bus can be minimized even when power of each package is turned on or off.
