PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely adjust timing, when an interrupt request signal is outputted in the case of reducing a time required for A/D conversion processing. SOLUTION: In this single-chip microcomputer, a number of clocks equivalent to a response period after an interrupt request signal to an INTC section 16, until an INTAK 19 is outputted from a CPU 10 is set in advance to a timing control section 15. The timing control section 15 subtracts the number of clocks equivalent to the response period from number of clocks equivalent to A/D conversion and sets the result and outputs a first-out comparison end signal 20 after the lapse of the set clock number, after the A/D conversion is started. The interrupt request signal 7 is outputted after the first-out comparison end signal 20 is outputted. Since the timing when the interruption request signal 7 is outputted is set by using number of clocks, the timing when the interrupt request signal is outputted can be adjusted in detail.
|
