The brace or beam mfg. process involves deforming a hollow semi-finished product. The deforming is done by hydraulic moulding, forming the external outline of the bearing aperture zone at the same time. After the hydraulic moulding, the external outline is cut and the bearing aperture region is stamped through, or finished by boring, milling, reaming or laser cutting. The bearing apertures (8) are calibrated at the same time as the external outline is being cut and stamped. High-tensile steel or aluminium alloy is used to make the brace or beam.
