<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a brush automatically, to recover the brush from reaction treatment water, and to remove solid components from the reaction treatment water. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a fluid supplying means 3 which pressurizes/supplies a fluid containing organic substances and water, a tubular reactor 6 for reacting the fluid containing organic substances, and a cooler 11 for cooling high temperature reaction treatment water after reaction treatment in the reactor 6, and the tube is cleaned with a brush 100. A brush recovering pipe line 140 for recovering the brush 100 from the reaction treatment water is arranged in the gravity direction, the inside diameter of the pipe line 140 is made greater than the outside diameter of the brush 100, the outlet of the reactor 6 is connected with the upside of the pipe line 140, and a reaction treatment water discharge pipe line 9 from which the reaction treatment water is discharged is made to branch from the pipe line 140 and connected with the cooler 11.</p> |
