摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step device for a service entrance, etc., which can reduce physical distribution cost because of non-bulkiness when separated, can be handled with ease even in a narrow place, is light and well constructed, and can be firmly fixed to an installation surface. SOLUTION: A step device to be installed on an installation surface 2 outside the service entrance 1, etc., of a building comprises a surface material 3 and a base material 40 for supporting the surface material 3 from the bottoms. For the surface material 3, molded bodies which are made of FRP, BMC, SMC, etc., and provided with a step plate section 3a and a step section 3b and synthetic resin foamed and molded plates whose top face is painted with paint containing inorganic powder such as natural stone powder, are used. For the base material 40, hollow synthetic resin foamed and molded bodies comprising a base 40a supporting the step plate section 3a and a side base 40b supporting the step section 3b integrally molded, the molded bodies made of FRP, etc., metallic support frames, etc., are used. Physical distribution costs can be reduced by separating the surface material 3 and the base material 40 so as not to be bulky. Deflection and unevenness are prevented by selecting the materials for the surface material and base material 40 and combining the materials for improving stability.</p>
