<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a durable and heat resistant foamed molding to a woven fabric planar molding by adopting an adhesive dispensed in a polymer containing a copolymer of one or more types of monomers of the group containing a vinyl chloride or the like based on one or more types of an enthylenic unsaturated carboxyl group monomer having a specific ratio of total mass of the copolymer. SOLUTION: A copolymer having a carboxyl group contains 0.01 to 25 mass % of a monomer unit containing an ethylenic unsaturated carboxyl group bases on one type or more monomer from the group containing a vinyl chloride or the like and exists in the form of a solution or a powder dispensed in a polymer. A woven fabric planar molding of a woven fabric of a glass fiber or the like, a fiber or the like is coated with the dispensed polymer, pretreated such as fixed at a predetermined temperature, then disposed in a mold, polymer particles to be foamed are filled in the mold, foamed toward the molding with a high temperature vapor, and a laminated molding component is taken out from the mold. Thus, the molding of glass nonwoven fabric or the like having high heat resistance and the foam are not released with durability.</p> |
