PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably convey for a long distance even in the case of an intermittently rotatable operation or the like without generating a deformation or an elongation at a rubber strip, by holding a lengthy rubber strip made of an unvulcanized rubber on one surface of a non-stretchable endless tape guided by a guide roller, and conveying the strip. SOLUTION: A non-stretchable endless tape 4 guided circumferentially by a guide roller is provided. A rubber strip P is held on one surface S1 of the tape 4, and conveyed from a rubber extruder 3 to a former. The tape 4 is folded to provide a stored accumulator 10, and the tape 4 is wound in a zigzag state between upper and lower guide rollers R1U and R1L at its forward accumulator 10A. The tape 4 is similarly wound between upper and lower guide rollers R2U and R2L even at the return accumulator 10B. Thus, a speed difference between circumferential speeds of the former and that of the extruder 3 is absorbed.
