PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a product end part processing accuracy by decreasing a clearance between an end part of a die which clamps a work and a work flange portion. SOLUTION: This device has a clearance calculation means 2B1 for calculating a clearance measurement A between left, right end parts of a divided die 13C and, left.right flange portions of a work W based on the work W base measurement B, the work W clamping die portion length C, the work W thickness t and a radius measurement R in the work W. The device also has a divided die control means 5A for transferring the whole of the left, right divided dies 31C to the work W flange sides respectively based on the clearance measurement A calculated by the clearance calculation means 2B1.
