PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial elbow joint device usable in various modes by arranging a humerus side constitutive part and an ulna side constitutive part having a bearing mount, forming the bearing mount of the ulna side constitutive part and a tapering locking part out of a bearing constitutive part, and engaging the tapering locking part with the bearing mount of the humerus side constitutive part. SOLUTION: An ulna side constitutive part 10 has a stem 11 having a distant end part 12 and a near end part 13. A bearing constitutive part 20 has a locking part 22 orthogonal to a bottom surface of a pedestal 21, a flange 23 arranged on the pedestal 21 is fitted to a slot 16 arranged in a main body 15 of the ulna side constitutive part 10, and a bearing surface 24 is fitted to a separate bearing constitutive part 40. A humerus side constitutive part 30 has a stem 31 having a segment 32 having a near end part 33 and a segment 34 having a distant end part 35. A pin 50 has a slot 52a for engaging with a fastening ring 38 in one end part 52, and also has a head part 54 in the other end part 53, and the head part 54 has a diameter larger than an opening part 37 formed in an arm 36 of the humerus side constitutive part 30.
