PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the generation of local abrasion between a blade tip guide part and a fixed blade by forming a surface of the blade tip guide part on the central side in the cross direction thereof so as to have an angle relative to the moving direction. SOLUTION: A surface of a blade tip guide part 1c of a movable blade 1 on the central side in the cross direction thereof is formed at an angle opened in relation to the cutting moving direction. Namely, the movable blade 1 has a blade tip line 1a having a central part recessed at an angleβrelative to the cutting moving direction, and the movable blade 1 also has a blade tip guide part 1c having a central surface in the cross direction formed at an angleαrelative to the cutting moving direction. With this structure, since the central surface in the cross direction of the blade tip guide part 1c has the angleαin relation to the moving direction, a contact point of the blade tip guide part 1c of the movable blade 1 having a high constant surface pressure with the fixed blade tip 8a to be slid for contact is moved in the cross direction, and the local abrasion can be thereby relaxed. Lifetime of the blade is improved, and adhesion of the paper dust can be restricted.
