PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector excellent in operability and workability capable of easily performing the attaching and detaching operation of a dust bag and capable of certainly sealing the dust bag. SOLUTION: Sewing flanges are sewn on the upper and back fabrics of the mouth 9 of a dust bag 8 attached to an emitting port in a double door-like state so as to cylindrically sew both fabrics and, in this case, the sewing flanges of both fabrics are shifted to non-overlapped positions to be sewn. By this constitution, the thickness of the mouth is made as uniform as possible to eliminate difference in level to enable the effective sealing of the dust bag and the attaching and detaching operation force of the dust bag can be reduced by using a dust bag spring relatively low in clamping force.
