PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ball stop and to improve a working rate by permitting a time for discharging balls stored in a rotary body from the rotary body not to be clear and, then, using a prize winning device in a game machine as a third kind prize winning device. SOLUTION: The game machine is the one provided with the prize winning device which is arranged in the game area of a game board and which holds the balls for a prescribed time and discharges it and the prize winning device 51 is provided with the nearly horizontally rotary body 70 which is provided with a ball receiving surface for receiving the balls B on the upper surface and which is rotated around an axial line in an almost vertical direction and with a restricting body 84 which restricts the movement of the balls B received on the ball receiving surface of the rotary body 70 and which holds the balls B in a ball holding position near the front side part of the of the rotary body 70 regardless of the rotation of the body 70. At least rear half part area of the rotary body 70 cannot be viewed from the front part of the game machine and also a ball falling part 71 where the balls B stored in the ball storing position fall is formed in the rotary body 70.
