PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rotation and horizontal movement of a pipe. SOLUTION: In an attaching tool 1, a circular insertion hole 4 is provided on an inner side face and an engaging part 5 protruded to the insertion hole 4 is provided inside. The pipe 2 is a round pipe and a cap 3 is attached to one end. The cap 3 is made of synthetic resin and integrally molded, an insertion part 6 to be inserted to the pipe 2 is provided on a rear end part and a projection part 7 protruded from the pipe 2 outwardly in a longitudinal direction is provided on a tip part. The insertion part 6 is in a cross sectional shape for which six blades are radially provided from a main body in a round pipe shape. The projection part 7 is in the cross sectional shape for which six T-shaped blades are radially provided from the main body in the round pipe shape, grooves are formed between the blades and the grooves are turned to locking parts 8. The locking parts 8 are provided with falling stoppage parts so as to narrow a groove width from both sides of the grooves.
