PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion type rice cooker capable of improving safety and preventing the generation of dew condensation by rice cooking steam generated from a rice cooking pot accompanying rice cooking without limiting an installation place. SOLUTION: This combustion type rice cooker is provided with a cylindrical casing 3 provided with a pot mounting part 2 for freely insertably and detachably inserting the rice cooking pot, a freely openable and closable lid 4 for closing the upper part of the rice cooking pot mounted to the pot mounting part 2 and a burner mounted to the bottom part side of the casing 3 for heating the rice cooking pot mounted to the pot mounting part 2. A mixing and discharging part 24 for introducing the rice cooking steam generated from the rice cooking pot accompanying rice cooking and the combustion waste gas of the burner and mixing and discharging them, is arranged.
