PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method intended to transmit mechanical power from a working machined free from any mechanism to access power by setting up e.g. a fertilizer applicator at a specific site on the working machine to transmit mechanical power from the working machine via a spring to the above applicator. SOLUTION: This method comprises setting up e.g. a fertilizer applicator on the rear portion of a working machine free from any power withdrawal mechanism and transmitting mechanical power from the working machine via a spring to the above applicator; wherein, for example, a frame 2 is constructed under a steering seat 1 on the rear portion of the working machine, a spring 5 is connected from a rear wheel 3 via a spring fixture 4 to the frame 2, one end of the spring 4 is linked to one end of a primary rotating shaft 7, the central part of the rotating shaft 7 is mounted with a sprocket 8; besides, a secondary rotating shaft 9 is set up on one side of the frame 2, the central part of the secondary rotating shaft 9 is mounted with a 2nd sprocket 8, these two sprockets 8 are connected to each other through a chain 11, and a crutch 10 is attached adjacently to the sprocket 8 on the secondary rotating shaft 9.
