PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device, in which door fitting works and maintenance are facilitated in addition to the security of partitioning properties, operationability, space saving properties or the like and which also has excellent appearance and is brought into a barrier-free state. SOLUTION: This slide-swing type door device has a door panel 32, a rotary vertical post 31 being rotatably installed along a vertical frame 11s, having an appearance shape unified with the appearance shape of the door panel 32 and having strength capable of holding at least half load of the door panel 32, a rotary hanging arm 18 and a rotary lower arm 19 mounted among the upper end section and lower end section of the rotary vertical post 31 and the upper end-face specified place and lower end-face specified place of the door panel 32 respectively, a hanging rail 14 set up among an upper frame 11u, the door panel 32 and the rotary vertical post 31, and a sash hanger 17 being capable of holding at least half load of the door panel 32 and slidably holding the door panel 32 along the hanging rail 14. A double-head key 21 having magnet structure is fitted.
