PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof gutter attaching device capable of firmly and stably fixing the downspout to the wall surface of a building. SOLUTION: Upper-face sloped surfaces 5, 5 are arranged continuously at both the sides of an upper-face flat surface portion 4 facing a linkage gutter portion 53 of a downspout 50, and linking pieces 8, 8 capable of making an elastic spring linkage with a linking gutter portion 53 are formed at the downspout side of each upper-face sloped surface 5. Then, a 'downspout locking member 2' having a through-hole 9 in the upper-face flat surface portion 4 and a 'rod support member 3' with a supporting rod support portion 13 projected with a rod inserting hole 14 inside building side of the upper surfaces 10, and 11, 11 formed for permitting superimposing on the upper surfaces 4 and 5, 5 of the downspout linking member 2 are provided, then the upper-face of the downspout linking member 2 is overlapped to the upper-face of the rod support member 3, and the rod portion 60a of 'rod fixing means 60' is permitted to be inserted to the rod insertion hole 14 through the through-hole 9.
