<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil conditioning base having a high germination percentage of seeds, promoting growth, having continuous soil conditioning effect and excellent controlling effect on insect pests by fixing a lactic acid bacterium and a yeast fungus to a porous carbon material. SOLUTION: This soil conditioning base is obtained by fixing a lactic acid bacterium and a yeast fungus to a porous carbon material which is activated carbon having 3-40 base exchange capacity (CEC) produced from waste tire as a raw material or a mixture of the activated carbon and another porous carbon material. The porous carbon material to be used together with the activated carbon is a waste porous carbon material used in the adsorption treatment of sulfur oxide and/or nitrogen oxide. The mixture comprises 10-90% of the activated carbon and 90-10% of the other porous carbon material. Preferably, a blow application material comprising the soil conditioning base, a compost and greening plant seed is sprayed upon a ground level to be improved or buried in soil to improve the soil.</p> |
