<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of lessening the burden of an operator when regulating the air pressure distribution of a transporting bed. SOLUTION: This bed structure consists of the constitution obtained by preparing a plurality of flow passage regulating members 30,... for regulating the cross sections of flow passages by closing part of air discharge holes 20,..., and inserting the flow passage regulating members 30 into the air discharge holes 20 of the transporting bed 12 having a multiplicity of the air discharge holes 20 for floating sheet glass by an air pressure on curvilinear front surface 14 from above. The shapes are provided with differences by each of kinds in such a manner that the flow passage regulating members 30 may be discriminated when viewed from above. The easy visual discrimination of the kinds of the flow passage regulating members 30 inserted into the air discharge holes 20 is, therefore, made possible.</p> |
