<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator device using diaphragm bellows, which is capable of improving the reliability related to a function of isolating a liquid chamber from the outside when liquid pressure lowers. SOLUTION: An accumulator device has a liquid chamber L including a passage hole 5 communicating with the outside, and a gas chamber A including extensible diaphragm bellows 2. A plurality of sealing means (for example, a sealing member 4 and an O-ring 8) are disposed between the diaphragm bellows 2 and the passage hole 5, for shutting off the passage hole 5 when the gas chamber A becomes higher in internal pressure than the liquid chamber 4 to cause the diaphragm bellows 2 to extend. Accordingly, even if one of the sealing means does not function, the other of the sealing means operates to ensure the sealing property.</p> |
