<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition for adhesion, excellent in adhesive force, and a laminated material obtained by adhering a polyethylene layer with a layer of a saponified copolymer of an olefin with vinyl acetate, having an excellent falling resistance, bending resistance and barrier property and also a good interlayer adhesive force. SOLUTION: This resin composition for adhesion contains (a) an ethylene-α- olefin copolymer, (b) an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, (c) a graft-modified polyethylene (density: 0.900-0.980 g/cm3, degree of crystallization by an X-ray: >=30%), and (d) a graft-modified polyethylene (density: >=0.850 g/cm3 and <0.900 g/cm3, degree of crystallization: <30%). By using the composition as an adhesive layer, it is possible to obtain a laminated material constituted of a polyethylene layer with a saponified layer of an olefin-vinyl acetate copolymer.</p> |
