PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple old tire fishing bank which is convenient for transportation and assembly at a site. SOLUTION: Old tires are perforated and then connected to each other with bolts to built a three-dimensional structure. The structure is sunk to a sea bottom and used as a fishing bank.
