PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact-absorption technique capable of greatly improving damping effect of impulse energy, and stopping a material body having kinetic energy of 4000 KJ or more. SOLUTION: Elastic posts 20 eleastically deformable across the entire length are erected at predetermined intervals. Loop net 30 is attached between the posts 20. Impact energy is received as compressive force in the axial direction of the elastic post 20 while receiving impact so as to enfold the impact with the net 30 to attenuate the energy by an elastic deformation across the entire length of the elastic post 20.
