PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repowering combined power generating plant, capable of preventing the dew point corrosion of the heat transfer pipe of a gas feed water heating unit. SOLUTION: In this repowering combined power generating plant, a gas feed water heating unit heat transfer pipe heating system 51 is provided, in which a part of heated condensed water and feed water is bypassed from the outlet side of a high-pressure feed water heating unit 49, so as to be fed to the inlet side of a gas feed water heating unit 50, and a recirculating system 53 is provided for the outlet side of the gas feed water heating unit 50, which returns condensed water and feed water, heating the heat transfer pipe of the gas feed water heating unit 50, back to a condenser 38.
