PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device for protecting an inside specimen at power failure time by detecting operational abnormality of a control mechanism by a detecting means, rotating a damper member in the opening direction, and releasing a sealed state by opening a small hole arranged in a main body. SOLUTION: A releasing means 4 is composed of a small hole arranged on a side surface of a main body 2, a damper member 7 for blocking up the small hole 2 and a driving means 6. A rotary shaft driving means is arranged in the driving means 6, and a tension spring and a second energizing means are installed in a rotary member arranged in a connecting mechanism. An energizing force adjusting means for interlocking with magnetic force of a solenoid 15 is arranged in the second energizing means. At normally operating time, the damper member 7 is put in a state of closing a small hole 5. When abnormality such as power failure is caused, an electric current does not flow to the solenoid 15, energizing force by the energizing force adjusting means weakens, the rotary member rotates by energizing force of the tension spring, and the damper member 7 stops in an opening state. Thus, an inside environment can be set equal to the outside at abnormal time, so that a specimen can be protected.
