PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device capable of controlling an air feed amount to a stipulated value even when an endoscope is changed by providing a clearly indicating means for indicating the kind of an air feed pipeline in the endoscope and making a control means control a pump so as to be an air feed pressure corresponding to the kind of the air feed pipeline based on the clearly indicating means when the air feed pipeline is connected to the pump. SOLUTION: In the endoscope 10, a ROM 90 where a reference number for indicating the kind of the air feed pipeline is written is incorporated. Then, in a light source device 80 connected to the connector 36 of the endoscope 10, a CPU 94 is incorporated. In the CPU 94, the air feed pressure of the pump 82 corresponding to the reference number written in the ROM 90 is set beforehand. When the air feed pipeline 59 of the endoscope 10 is connected to the pump 82, the CPU 94 controls the pump 92 so as to be the air feed pressure corresponding to the kind of the air feed pipeline 59 based on the reference number of the ROM 90.
