PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gutter attaching device being adjustable for horizontal attaching angle to an exterior wall surface (swing adjustment) and for a distance from spout to the exterior wall of a building. SOLUTION: This device has a locking portion 5 which can be locked with a locking portion of a downspout, a gutter locking member 2 equipped with a coupling plate portion 6 having slots 9, 10 in a wall surface direction of a building and being extended at the building side, and a building attaching member 3 equipped with a coupling plate portion 11 having slots 13, 14 in an intersecting direction with slots 9, 10 in the coupling plate portion 6 of the gutter locking member and a flat plate portion 12 for attaching to the building, and the coupling plate portions 6, 11 are overlapped coupling means 4, 4 are inserted to slots 9, 13 (10, 14), and the gutter locking member 2 and the building attaching member 3 are coupled together. Thus, the gutter locking member 2 and the building attaching member 3 are coupled through the long-sized slots in a mutually intersecting direction and thus both the distance from spout to wall as well as the horizontal attaching angle can be corrected by adjusting the superimposing width and direction.
