PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface structure which can cope with arbitrary change in room layout, can impart the flexibility to construction plan, has facility function in which a venting apparatus and pipe arrangement are accommodated, is excellent in horizontal displacement follow-up capability between layers at the time of an earthquake, and is excellent in workability and economy. SOLUTION: There is provided a wall surface structure 1 which is arranged in a wall surface opening surrounded by vertical structure members P (pillars) being opposed to each other and upper and lower horizontal structure members C (beams), and constitutes a wall surface. The wall surface structure 1 is made up of panel main bodies 11 (mobile sashes), linking panel members 21 (hollow panel members) each being arranged between the vertical structure member P and the panel main body 11, and a linking panel member 31 (fixed sash) arranged between the panel main bodies 11.
