PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bending angle of the metal plate sharp with a set or several sets of rotation restraining implements and restore a metal contacting face of two bar-like slanted bottom dies to be automatically horizontal, without using the bottom dies of different sizes or shapes. SOLUTION: With reference to a metal plate 8 bent by pressurizing the metal plate 8 to a bottom die with an upper die 1, two units of bar-like bottom dies 2 (2a, 2b), cross section of which is semicircular, are manufactured as the bottom die. A rotation restraining implement 11 such as a spring is mounted at the top end part in a longitudinal direction of each concavely bent face 7 (7a, 7b) of the bar-like bottom die 2. Convexily vent faces 5 (5a, 5b) of two bar-like bottom dies 2 are loaded slidably and rotatably on a supporting element by providing with two concavely bent faces 7 having a groove 9 in between. The metal plate 8 is put on a metal contacting face of the two bar-like bottom dies 2 for pressurizing the metal plate 8 to the bottom die with the upper die 1. This device has a metal bending mechanism for simultaneously bending a metal contacting face 6 (6a, 6b) of two bar-like bottom dies 2 by rotating inwardly against gravity of the rotation restraining implements 11.
