A control unit (7) is connected to the power means (3), a controlled valve (8) placed in the flow channel (6) before the nozzle (4), a flow meter (10) placed between the pump (2) and the valve (8), and a starter (11). The flow channel is provided with a flow restrictor (9) placed before the valve (8).
