<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four piece solid golf ball of which the flying distance is improved by making the hitting-out angle higher, and the spin lower under a flight initial condition while keeping a soft and excellent feeling even at the time of a hitting by a low head speed with a driver and iron clubs. SOLUTION: In this four piece solid golf ball comprising an internal core ball 1, an intermediate layer 2 which covers the internal core ball 1, an external coating layer 3 which covers the intermediate layer 2, and a cover layer 4 which covers the external coating layer 3. The internal core ball 1 has a surface hardness of 67-85 by the JIS-C hardness, and the JIS-C hardness of the intermediate layer 2 is set higher than the surface hardness of the internal core ball 1, and the JIS-C hardness of the external coating layer 3 is set higher than the JIS-C hardness of the intermediate layer 2.</p> |
