<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the smooth suction of a lining resin and the formation of uniform films by setting the amount of the lining resin to be introduced into piping in accordance with temperature and the suction force of a suction pump and repeating introduction and suction stages plural times, thereby successively forming linings in a regeneration and repair section. SOLUTION: An amount of the lining resin which can be sucked by the suction pump is previously calculated from the temperature of the present time, the suction capacity of the suction pump and the bore, etc., of the piping 10 to be subjected to regeneration and repair. The lining resin A of the amount which can be sucked in a third stage is introduced into the piping again from behind a lining pig 11 after the end of a second stage and further, a transporting pig 12, a water absorbent B and an impervious pig 13 are introduced in this order into the piping. A water injection unit is connected to an opening end 10A and the water injection into the piping 10 is executed again. After the end of this third stage, the lining resin A in the piping 10 is sucked and is returned to the opening end 10A side in a fourth stage. The lining resin A moves to the opening end 10A side and the uniform lining film A' is formed on the inside surface by the lining pig 11.</p> |
